NYPD Officers Save Boy After Fall Through Frozen Central Park Lake

NYPD officers rushed to the rescue of a teenager that had fallen through the ice at Central Park on Monday afternoon. 

Officers Edward Radoncic and Anthony Dispigna noticed the boy fall through the ice at Swan Lake in Central Park and immediately rushed to save the boy. 

After pulling the boy from the freezing water he was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive.

During the rescue, Officer Dispigna himself had to be pulled from the water; however, both officers are expected to be fine.
