A man accused of murdering a Fort Worth businesswoman in December was shot and killed by police Friday night.
The suspect, identified as 30-year old Joshua Henry, was out on bail after allegedly confessing to the December murder of Nicole Blahitka.
On Friday evening, his family called police because they were concerned for his mental well-being.
When a Grand Prairie, TX police officer arrived on scene, Henry allegedly attacked the officer.
The officer fired one round at Henry, killing him.
The incident was caught on the officer's body-worn camera.
