Dallas Police Sergeant Sues Black Lives Matter, President Obama for Inciting Violence Against Police

A Dallas police sergeant has filed a federal lawsuit against, among others, Black Lives Matter, President Obama, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Sergeant Demetrick Pennie, a 17-year veteran of law enforcement, filed the suit, alleging that the defendants, "have repeatedly incited their supporters and others to engage in threats of and attacks to cause serious bodily injury or death upon police officers and other law enforcement persons of all races and ethnicities." 

Sergeant Pennie's lawsuit is seeking more than $500 million in damages.
