Man in Custody After Opening Fire on Georgia Police Officer

A Dekalb County (GA) police officer narrowly escaped serious injury on Wednesday after being shot at while conducting a vehicle stop.

The officer had attempted to pull over the vehicle when 24-year-old Tamarcus Gresham, a passenger in the car, allegedly opened fire on the officer.

Police eventually tracked Gresham down and placed him under arrest. The officer was uninjured in the incident.
