A group of South Dakota Highway Patrol troopers came together and arranged to provide a young man with new transportation to and from work after learning that the teenager had been walking 8 miles to and from work everyday.
The troopers learned of the young man's predicament after being called to a his attention when passersby saw him walking along the highway.
The troopers decided to arrange to provide the teenager, named Tanner, with a refurbished bicycle to help ease his commute.
Tanner was presented with the bicycle last week and, no doubt, his feet are grateful!
