PA Man Calls 911, Asks Officers to Respond to His Neighborhood So He Could Shoot Them

A Pennsylvania man is behind bars after repeatedly calling 911 and demanding that officers respond to a particular intersection so that he could "snipe" them.

Christopher Knoll, 39, is being held in lieu of a half-million dollar bail.

The incident began early Wednesday after Knoll allegedly called Bethlehem police with the unusual request.

During the call, he asked that officers respond to a certain intersection near his home. When dispatchers asked why he wanted officers to respond he told them that he wanted to shoot the officers.

Knoll allegedly made several more calls to 911 during the early morning hours before officers took him into custody.
