A Georgia man has had all charges against him dropped stemming from a Facebook post in which he exhorted people to "kill all cops."

Derrick Hudson, 19, had been charged with soliciting people to commit murder; however, prosecutors felt that they simply lacked the evidence to move forward with charges.

Although Hudson made the comments online, he did not direct the comments at anyone in particular; therefore, he won't be facing any charges in Houston County, the District Attorney stated.
