Ohio Authorities Find "Hit List" Targeting Local Police

Police in Ohio were alarmed at the discovery of an apparent "hit list" at a Port Clinton park that targeted local police.

The list was found at the park on Sunday and included the names of several local departments - Genoa, Clay Township and Lake Township - although no specific officers were names.

The list also included an apparent laundry list of items needed to carry out an attack, including smoke cans, ammunition, and dynamite.

Given the recent spate of attacks against law enforcement personnel throughout the nation, police in Ohio are taking the threat seriously.
