Two separate shootings early Sunday morning have left one woman dead and four people injured in the busy downtown Sixth Street area of Austin, TX.

The first shooting occurred just after 2 a.m. when an unidentified suspect opened fire into a crowd at Sixth and Brazos Streets.

A second shooting occurred moments later in a nearby parking facility.

Police were unsure if the two shootings were related and initially suggested an "active shooter," however, the shootings were later determined to be unrelated.

Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the shooters.
