A couple of Good Samaritans are being credited with saving a young child from abduction by a potential predator.

The incident happened in Santa Ana, CA. on Thursday evening after a 4-year old disappeared from a family get together at a local park.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office air unit helped broadcast details of the missing child and that's when two citizens noticed the missing boy in a local market.

The boy was with the suspect, who was identified as Armando Torreblanca Nunez.

One citizen, Adolfo Acosta, grabbed the boy away from the suspect while another, Miguel Luna, chased the suspect, who fled on foot.

Nunez was ultimately taken into custody and booked on charges including kidnapping for the purpose of a lewd act with a child.
