Man Opens Fire on Chicago Cops - No Officers Injured But Suspect At Large

An unidentified gunman is at large today after opening fire on Chicago police officers early Wednesday morning. 

The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the city's West Ridge neighborhood. Police say that the man, who was riding a bicycle, began yelling gang slogans prior to opening fire.

No officers were struck in the incident; however, a police vehicle was hit.

A search involving police K9's and other assets was conducted to find the suspect but he has not yet been located or identified.
