The president of the Los Angeles Police Commission has obtained a restraining order against a local Black Lives Matter activist after the man allegedly showed up at the commissioner's house.

Commissioner Matthew Johnson alleges that BLM activist Trevor Gerard also mouthed the threats, "I am going to beat your a--” and “I am going to f------ kill you."

A judge issued the order requiring that Gerard stay at least 100 yards away from Johnson, his home, and his family.

Gerard, for his part, denies threatening Johnson.
