Connecticut State Police helped deliver a baby boy on Christmas Eve after the child's mother went into labor on the way to the hospital.

Itohan Oyabure-Okafur called police after it became clear that little Ebenezer wasn't going to wait to make it to the hospital.

Connecticut State Police arrived on scene and helped safely deliver Ebenezer before escorting the mother and new child to the hospital.

Little Ebenezer and mom are said to be doing well.
