Dash Cam Video Released of Attempted Murder of Pennsylvania Police Officer, Suspect At Large

Police in Pennsylvania have just released dash-cam video of a Northern York County officer involved shooting from November 22.

The incident occurred when Officer Lynn Anderson attempted to place Trev Bowies Jackson, 24, under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. As Jackson emerged from his vehicle he pulled a gun from his waistband and fired at Officer Anderson at point blank range.

Officer Anderson returned fire but Jackson fled in his vehicle. The officer received only minor injuries.

Police are asking for help in locating Jackson, who they describe as 5’7” and 170 pounds. Jackson fled in a 1994 Buick sedan and he is considered armed and dangerous.
